The Position

We are looking for a full-time Marketing Coordinator (maternity cover) to be an integral part of our Sales & Marketing Team for approximately 6 months. This position will work alongside our Senior Sales & Marketing Executive to maximise the hotels revenue through effective brand communication and the development of new customers to the hotel. The role will involve working with the hotel’s Heads of Departments in marketing all areas of the hotel including The Spa, Food and Beverage, Accommodation, Conference & Events, Weddings and Leisure.

About You

Previous Experience working in a similar role is essential. You will need to have a creative mind-set and be passionate about marketing. Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills are vital to this role. The ideal candidate will have a knowledge of marketing techniques including previous experience of digital marketing, email marketing and working with social media platforms. Experience of working with a WordPress web content management system is also desirable.

What you’ll need:

  • Experience working as a travel agent in a previous role or another travel company
  • A passion for travel and the travel industry

What are the hours for the role?

We are looking for someone who can work at least 3 days a week, but up to 5 days per week, you’ll need to be able to work retail hours Monday – Saturday 9am – 5pm, we’ll also need someone who is flexible to work on a Sundays on a rota if required.  You’ll be guaranteed at least one full weekend off per month.   There is no ability to work on a hybrid basis with this role.
